Your Unit Security Contact ( USC ) is responsible for authorizing, requesting, and maintaining access to administrative applications for individuals in their departments. If you would like access to a specific administrative application, you should work through your USC.
All students and faculty within the UI Enterpise ID and Network ID system.
Through your USC, you can request access to:
Enterprise ID is used to logon to most of the UI Integrate Enterprise applications and systems. More information regarding Enterprise IDs.
Network ID (NetID)/ Campus Accounts
NetID accounts (Blue Stem) are available to every member of the University community, including faculty, staff, and registered students, and may be used to send and receive email. Many campus units use Blue Stem authentication (i.e. NESSIE).

This service is provided free of charge.
To find your USC, login with your Enterprise ID and password and select the proper university.
The Administrative Information Technology Services (AITS) Service Desk is available 24x7. All problems/questions/issues should begin with a call or email to the AITS Service Desk. The AITS Service Desk will file a CA Unicenter Ticket regarding your particular problem/ question/issue and route it to the appropriate group for resolution.
