Engineering IT User Services staff are available to leverage their knowledge of computing hardware and requirements within the College of Engineering to recommend suitable technologies and resources to all users.
This service is available to all College of Engineering units/departments, faculty and staff, research groups and graduate students under a Full Support or Basic Support service contract.
- Knowledgeable staff aware of the latest computing hardware technologies and standards being used in the College, across the University and within the field of IT.
- Access to purchasing deals through vendor contacts, where applicable.
The cost for this service bundled with the cost of Full Support and Basic Support contracts.
